​The Lifeline provides free and confidential support for people in distress as well as prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. Assistance is available in Spanish and support is available to Veterans.

National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

Free, Confidential Hotline for Pregnant and New Moms (and their loved ones) in English and Spanish. Callers can speak to professional counselors who can offer support, resources and referrals.   

The National Domestic Violence Hotline

The San Diego Access and Crisis Line

Free and confidential.  Offers suicide prevention and crisis intervention.  Also provided are referrals to mental health, community resources and substance abuse services in San Diego County.

AIS provides services to older adults, people with disabilities and their family members.  You can apply for services and also report elder abuse.  Assistance available in English or Spanish.
